Price increases are too dramatic! I understand COVID-19 has impacted sales in all business but B&B prices were increasing greatly before the pandemic. Most business are now offering LOWER prices to motivate buying. B&B has done away with coupons and specials such as "buy 3 get 3" or "buy 2 get 2" Aromatherapy". The Semi-annual sale used to have special sales days, "body cream $5 each", "lotion & body wash $4 each", "wallflower refill 2-pack $5 each" and 75% off discontinued items. It is almost $8 for 1 oz. Hand cream, first sold under $4 each. I can purchase an 8 oz. Body cream (thicker than hand cream) at $4.80 each (buy 3, get 2 free). I counted 15 stores within a 60 mile radius from my home. I'd rather drive an extra 5 miles than pay the large & continuing price increases. Most stores with cosmetic products are now selling quality bath products and their prices are quickly becoming the "better buy".
I am going to make it a point from now on to not order online. This is the second year in a row they show items in stock, then send an email they don't have an item. You lose the promotion of buy 2 or however many get one free and get charged shipping. Then they do not allow cancellations. I think it is a slick way to get more money in shipping charges and higher costs for products. What major online retailer does not allow a consumer to cancel nowadays. B&BW is a one way street, they can cancel, but we cannot.

Love the different smells love the semi sales they are great and i am happy got some mens products also and i get free product if order so much stuff yea
So I received a "coupon" for a free product and decided to redeem it knowing I would still have to pay shipping and handling. When I added the promo code at checkout the price for the shipping and handling magically increased by $5.00. So if you use a promotion code they charge you more for shipping and handling. So I deleted the item from the cart and tossed the coupon in the trash. Their products are way overpriced as it is. Even paying shipping and handling is more than the price of a similar product purchased elsewhere.
Online ordering is a JOKE! You can't ever use the 20% off sent in the mail. Furthermore, prices have skyrocketed and the scent is sparse! What happened? I loved BBW for years! Price was on point, the scents were amazing and no problem using coupons sent to you! The only thing I continue to buy is hand soap $7.50 ea huh? So I buy during sale and in store will take my 20% off coupon. This is ONLY because my Autistic son won't use ANY OTHER HAND SOAP! Parents of an Autistic child will totally "understand me" on this one. I emailed the company regarding why I can't use my coupon online. NO RESPONSE! Very very disappointed! I once LOVED BBW! Downhill just like Victoria Secret!
Just saw the video where your employees ganged up on a customer! You really teach your employees to fight with female customers- even your male employees in Scottsdale? This could and should have been handled very differently. Won’t shop with you ever again!
I'm at a loss for words for a company that used to be my happy place. If you need any sort of customer service, it's worse than my store experience. I have been a customer for about 25yrs. I am 58yrs old. I have never had to contact customer service until now, and boy had I known before! I had a horrible store experience. They have 0 customer service AT ALL and I was lied to on live chat. I was treated horribly over asking for a bandaid over a broken candle left on the sales floor I cut myself on, that I DID NOT BREAK. I am on blood thinners. I had to practically beg for a bandaid! I emailed, never heard a thing back. I messaged on Facebook, still nothing. I live chatted where I was told I'd receive a $50 gift card for the situation, yet the representative never even asked for my email I realized after getting off chat.
This company does not care about it's customers, in store and out. I'm at a loss for words a company so big would lie, let alone not get back to me over an experience that happened in one of their stores. Please beaware!
You guys need to get rid of lasership and also if we pay over a certain amount I think it's only right that you don't charge shipping. We spend so much money with you guys and although you have discounts sometimes I still don't want to pay 5.99 after I've already given you $300 lol
Its very cute and perfect shop to shop for couples. I have order some really interesting gifts for my better half from here. She likes it.
Your site is straightforward and down to earth to utilize and the administrations of your customers are notably snappy and strong. However on account that of your low-velocity site page stacking, i'm not content with you.
They have great sales so you can stock up on your favorites or try something new. Best body spray. Body wash, lotion and creams. Scents last all day. Not too strong like some others. Candles smell wonderful. Love the tiny hand cleaner. You can carry in your pocket or on one of their cute holders.
I ordered some Winter Citrus Wreath handsoap from this company on 12/13, with an expected date of arrival to be 12/24... I waited until that day to chat in and ask where my package was. They told me there are delays due to holiday (understandable) and refunded my shipping, which was kind of them. I waited until 1/2/21 and chatted back in to see the status, as UPS still only said "processing"... They told me that they can issue me a refund. I asked for a replacement since it was a Christmas gift, but they said they are sold out. I appreciate the refund, but I feel that it's not very fair to wait 3 weeks for something, inquire about three times and be told that you are out of stock. I am not upset at anyone, but at the situation. I sure hope that package arrives, and if it does- I am happy to pay for the product.
Stinky Feet “Corn Chips” is how to best describe walking into the store and the fall winter Bath & Body Works collection smell; hindsight, yearly, I regret not stocking up on the fresh summer small hand sanitizers, such as apple smells. I have not bought any products from bath and body works from any state, because the fall and winter collection literally stinks!!! No christmas bath and body works stalking stuffers this year, because they smell musky, heavy - like feet:) loll This is the last store I walk into trying to find a fresh smell- I’m done. Vomit; It’s depressing:) Bath and body works is not reliable and is a waste of time:)
Made an online order on Nov 18th to make sure I would receive my order in time. It’s Dec 15th and still no order received. So disappointed

I haven't yet, and my skin is usually sensitive to fragrance. Just do a spot test on your wrist and wait 24-hours. If you get no reaction, you can buy without fear.

A difference? In what regard? They may notice that you smell fresh or fruity, but anyone would notice that when someone is wearing scented lotion or body spray.
